Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your new wall decor, but if your floating shelves aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and include all mounting hardware to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to start the return process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our system and securely attach it to the original box.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the shelves are wrapped securely to prevent scratches or damage to the decorative finish during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware and shelving, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
